Should people be able to use there cellphones while driving?
I think that people should be able to use there cellphones while driving. because some people can use an blue tooth to talk on the phone. while others can pull over on the side of the road to talm on the phone. Also I truly believe that some poeopl not all should be able to use their phones because some people can mutli-task while there are driving . But to tell the truth I think that it should be there opption if they want to use it or not.
