Should schools eliminate "D" grades?
Yes schools should eliminate''Ds'' out of the grading . For example it helps the the student want to interact with the teacher more and want to there work. Also it can help in a long run for college because most four year colleges will not take D's on a transcript.initially it might come as a shock to many high school students but they will get over it and learn that its not that hard. Kids will have to compensate and study hard to keep their grades up to pass.
I had a student who was very smart, but a little lazy and had a few "D's" on her transcript. When she was applying to a college, the website would not let her finish the application after she entered that she had a "D". (Remember to keep proofreading.)
